FUNCTION: The automated washing and sanitization of the process equipment and pipelines with application of various washing agent for the food production.

VERSION: single(a base variant), double, multifunctional.

FUNCTION OF CIP-SYSTEM:

• Installation of technological parametres and modes of process washing.
• Automatic preparation of washing solutions with the set parametres of concentration and temperature.
• Automatic maintenance of temperature and concentration of solutions in course of washing that allows to wash long pipelines.
• Automatic maintenance of time of technological operations.
• Change of sequence of washing solutions, durations of technological operations, temperature mode and concentration of washing solutions.
• Measurement, the control and updating of technological parametres.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AT CONNECTION TO THE COMPUTER:

• Choice of a course of washing. Thus the control system automatically will start necessary valves and pumps.
• Visualisation of process and the operator message in case of deviation of parametres.
• Indication of the current parametres of the equipment.
• Conservation the parametres of process in separate archive of emergency messages.
• Convervation the information in working journals in the computer.
• Convervation the information of calculation of washing agent.

VERSION OF THE BASIC COMPONENTS:

• The metal frame and pipelines: stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 321.
• System of dispensing of the concentrated reagents of company GRUNDFOS.
• The control of concentration of washing solutions: The fast inductive sensor of company JUMO.
• Automatic system is realized on the basis of compatible controllers I-7000, I-8000 of company ICPDAS.
